L’intervento è stato studiato ponendo l’attenzione su due concetti principali: l’estetica, attraverso la ricerca di un design classico ed elegante pensato ad hoc per le esigenze del cliente; la funzionalità, ogni spazio nasconde sistemi di isolamento e impianti di ultima generazione, portando il comfort abitativo ad un livello superiore di efficienza in termini energetici e di acustica.
