T33 è un progetto di restauro, non soltanto architettonico. T33 is a restoration project, not just an architectural one. The nineteenth-century building, located on the Lungarno right in front of the Corridoio Vasariano, has been the subject of a careful study aimed at obtaining a new identity based on contemporary elegance and calibrated with respect to the sense of history the building overlooks.
